The Incredibles is a 2004 Pixar movie directed by Brad Bird and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is a full length animated movie the sequel to which is currently in the making.

Story:  The story is about a family of super heroes who are forced to pretend they are normal and not use their super powers because they have gotten into trouble after using it, albeit to save lives.  However the dad of the family is tired of his civilian life and starts using his super powers secretly to solve problems. One day he is offered a job to go to an island as Mr. Incredible and defeat a robot. He takes on the offer because he is sick of his day job. How that engagement snowballs into a series of events and fights with the villain of the movie and how the whole family is roped into this is the story.

The Incredibles is a family movie that is fascinating for adults and children alike. There is a little bit of violence and talk of suicide in the story. But besides that there are a lot of good values too in the movie about finding your own identity, family values, courage etc. The movie is made exceptionally well and the dialogues are interesting for adults as well.

ZenParent says- If you have not caught the Incredibles yet, watch it before the sequel is released next year. It is one of those few movies one can watch repeatedly, and can be enjoyed by everyone 7 years and up.
