Yummy Yogurts ( Packed with goodness for a kiddie Snack )

Yogurt — Homemade or store bought.

1 tbsp Jam or Honey

Toppings – Handful of nuts or  granola or some fresh fruit of your choice


Yogurt is so full of protein and goodness, it keeps kids full for much longer than the ice cream they think that they was craving.

Keep it healthy and fun so they enjoy it as a snack frequently .

Add a small dollop of jam or honey, or  your choice of toppings .

Good ideas for toppings include chopped up nuts, a handful of granola, or some fresh fruit or all three of them.
