Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan .Saute ginger and garlic and then add broccoli mushroom,baby corn and capsicum.Mix well
  2. Add salt ,pepper and saute well for 3-4 minute.
  3. Add cabbage and saute for a minute.Then add soya sauce(optional),brown sugar or honey(optional),apple cider vinegar,spring onion,corn flour dissolved in ½ teaspoon water and saute well for 2-3 minute. Check the seasonings.Switch off the flame
  4. Serve hot with chapathi or phulka!

 

This stir fried vegetables is a variation of chinese stir fried dish.The vegetables used are highly nutritious and contain a lot of antioxidants,vitamins and minerals.You can use any kind of vegetable available in your pantry.Better to go organic!
