  1. Take the ragi malt powder in a cup and add water just to mix them to smooth consistency with no lumps so mix slowly by adding small amount of water
  2. Boil 1 glass of water and add the above ragi paste stirring continuously to avoid any lumps on low heat or simmer
  3. Add more water if needed
  4. Add jaggery and cardamom powder for taste .it is optional
  5. Stir continuously until bubbles arise
  6. Once cooked you can add the crushed nuts and serve in a glass

It is better to avoid cows milk in ragi porridge as it can decrease the absorption of Iron in ragi.
