  • Dosa batter – 1 cup
  • Mixed Veggies (Onion, Tomato, Red capsicum, Green capsicum, corn) – 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Pasta sauce/ Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Pepper – To Taste
  • Finely slice both the capsicum. Cut onions and tomato (remove seeds) into cubes.


  • Heat a tawa and when its hot Spread the dosa batter (the dosa should be thick) in a tawa keeping the flame in low to medium.
  • When its half cooked, spread pasta sauce and veggies.
  • Add half cup of cheese.
  • Spread it evenly.
  • cook it covered with a lid for 5-7 min till the cheese melts.
