Make your own Mango Softy Icecream

  1. Frozen mango pulp – 2 cups
  2. Heavy Cream – 4 Tablespoons
  3. Sugar (If Mango is not sweet enough)


  1. Puree fresh mango (with sugar if not sweet enough)
  2. Pour it into an ice cube tray and Freeze
  3. Blend the mango cubes with the cream with gentle pulses in the blender until creamy consistency is reached
  4. Serve it in store bought cones or scoop it out in crystal bowls! (you may make it a soft cone with the help of a piping bag)
