Procedure:

  1. Add a pinch of baking soda and mix well
  2. In another bowl, mix all the veggies and keep it ready
  3. Heat a non-stick pan.Pour a ladle of batter and spread it lightly .It should be a little bit thick.Spread the vegetables on the top of the uthappam and cover the lid.
  4. When the bottom is cooked(lightly browned) you can flip the uthappam and cook the other side
  5. Uttappam is ready.Serve it with onion tomato chutney.

Rava uthappam is a quick and instant breakfast .You can add as many vegetables you like which makes it more nutritious.
