Instant Ragi wheat Dosa

Main Dish


  1. 1/2 cup ragi
  2. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  3. 2 teaspoon rice flour
  4. ¼ teaspoon of ginger paste
  5. 1 chilli chopped finely
  6. 1 teaspoon cumin/jeera
  7. ½ cup chopped onions
  8. Salt
  9. Water


  • Add all the above ingredients except water and mix well
  • Slowly add water, mix well to form no lumps
  • Add more water to form a thin or very loose batter
  • Let it sit for 30 minutes
  • After 3 minutes.Heat the pan, mix the batter very well, Pour a ladle of batter roughly tilting the pan and then fill  in the middle of the dosa.
  • When one side turns crispy.Flip it.cook on  the other side till both sides are crispy
  • Ragi wheat dosa is Ready.serve it with onion tomato chutney.
  • Mix the batter well before pouring the dosa on tawa.
