Homemade veggie crisps

Ingredients:

  1. Peeled vegetables – beets, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips, etc., finely peeled with a peeler/mandolin
  2. Oil spray
  3. Salt to sprinkle

Procedure:

  1. Sprinkle salt on the peelings and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. Spray oil on the veggies to coat evenly and arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes till crisp.
  5. Allow to cool and store in airtight bags.
