Homemade Muesli

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 1/2 cup of raw almonds sliced
  3. ½ cup Walnuts chopped
  4. ½ cup Dried dates deseeded and chopped
  5. 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  6. 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  7. 1/3 cup chia seeds
  8. 1/2 cup black currants
  9. 3-4 teaspoon flax seeds
  10. 2 tsp cinnamon


  1. In a large non- stick pan Toast the oats over medium heat until brown color combine the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and the almonds and toast over medium flame, until the flax seeds stop popping. Remove and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the oats, nut and seed mixture and all the above ingredients and mix well
  3. Allow it to cool and store in an air-tight container
  4. Serve it with milk and honey.
  5. Muesli is nothing but cereals and dry fruits which you can eat with milk or yoghurt.it is one of the best food for weight loss.
