Procedure:

  1. In a food processor add all the above ingredients and blend until it becomes 1 soft solid ball, (chewy). Otherwise, blend the dates first, then add all the other ingredients until they are bit sizes or broken.
  2. Place the mixture on a plate and knead.If it is dry you can add a little bit   of pure coconut oil
  3. Put the kneaded mixture on a wax paper or a dry sheet, press down firmly, until uniformly flattened into a square approximately half inch thick.You can use a pin roll.This helps them to hold together.
  4. Cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. After 1 hour, you can cut them into bars and wrap them in a box and refrigerate.
