1. Beetroot – ½, peeled, washed and grated
2. Mango – ½, cut in cubes
3. Lemon – juice from ¼ lemon
4. Ginger – ½ inch piece
5. Avocado – 1 small, pitted and scooped
6. Apple = 1 small, peeled and chopped coarsely
7. Strawberries (or berries of choice) – optional – ¼ cup
8. Almond milk (or dairy of choice) – ½ cup


Just combine all the ingredients in the blender and serve chilled!
