Healthy Dips with veggies

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1/2 cup mayonaisse or heavy cream
1 Tbsp dry parsley flakes
1 Tbsp dry dill or oregano
1/2-1 tsp garlic and salt to taste
For variations you can add Mustard or honey anytime



Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh veggies.

You can serve it with veggies like carrots, cucumber, celery, Broccoli, Green, Red or yellow peppers or any other veggies of your choice.

Kids enjoy Garlic bread or bread sticks with dips too.
