Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup amaranth (cooked, heated)
  2. 1/2 cup skimmed milk (quantity as per your preferance)
  3. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  4. 4 tablespoons honey

Procedure:

Take a bowl and add into it the cooked amaranth, skimmed milk, chopped nuts and honey. Combine well. Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold. You can eat this at room temperature too.
