Onion – 1

Rosemery – 1 tsp

Potato – 2 big

Butter – 2 tsp

Oil – 2 tsp


  • Saute onions and rosemary in butter, till onions turns translucent.
  • Grate potatoes.
  • Add the sauteed onions and salt to the potato.
  • Divide the mixture into 4. 3 inch disc or size of your choice.
  • Sear on medium heat till golden brown.

For healthy breakfast for kids Hash browns have to be accompanied with some form of eggs ( boiled/ steamed / fried ).
