1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp lemon pepper/ Pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


1. Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in a bowl.
2. Trim fat from chicken breasts. Cut the meat in thin long strinps, creating two thin pieces of chicken from each breast.
3. Add chicken breasts to marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. After chicken breasts have marinaded, grill with a little oil on barbecue, grill pan, or counter top grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with fresh veggies.
