  • Grind seedless dates in a food processor until it forms a dough-like paste. If these are too dry, soak them in water for 15 minutes, drain and then grind.
  • Keep oats, almonds, dates, raisins and chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
  • Warm honey and peanut butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Stir and pour this mixture over the oat mixture and then, sprinkle the dates throughout.
  • Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to a small pan, lined with a plastic wrap or parchment paper so they lift out easily.
  • Press down until uniformly flattened. Cover with parchment or plastic wrap, and set it in the fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden.
  • Remove bars from pan and chop into 10 even bars. Store in air tight container.
