On-the-go Healthy Bhel!

Throw in all WET ingredients that your kids would like in a Bhel like onions, tomatoes, cucumber, boiled moong dhal (makes it nutritious), boiled aloo and chutneys flavouring for the Bhel (date chutney or coriander chutney) together in a tiffin box . You can also make a NO SPICE version by skipping the chutneys and adding shredded cheese, sour cream and some chat masala!

Take individual serving size packet of your kids favourite chips. When you are ready to eat:

  • Crush the chips packet lightly
  • Carefully open the chips packet tearing it off only at the top
  • Take the yummy bhel mix from your box and spoon it into the chips packet
  • Shake it up to toss it well
  • Eat with a Spoon! NO BOWLS NEEDED !

This is the perfect snack for a picnic in the park, or when you are travelling with your kids !
