Famous Salsa with chips

Flour Tortilla Chips :



Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, green chiles, and cilantro in a blender. Blend on low to desired consistency.

or leave it without grinding. Either way it tastes great.


For Tortilla Chips :

  1. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 inch oil in a heavy 10-inch skillet; bring oil to medium-high heat, about 8 minutes.
  2. Working in batches, gently arrange tortillas in the hot oil using a slotted spoon; cook, frequently turning tortillas with the slotted spoon, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove chips with slotted spoon and place a paper towel-lined plate to drain.


For healthier version, Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 mins.


Both will last for more than a week.
