  1. Bread -3 slices.
  2. Fresh coriander-1cup.
  3. Mint leaves-a few leaves.
  4. Cheese-1 cube.
  5. Potato-1 whole.
  6. Tomato ketchup-2 tablespoons.
  7. Oregano-1/4 teaspoon.
  8. Butter-2 tablespoons.
  9. Salt and Pepper –As per taste.


  1. Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly and blend them into a thick paste with a little salt.
  2. Boil the potato and cut into thin round slices.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Take a slice of bread, apply butter on one side and coat it with a layer of the green paste.
  5. Place a few slices of boiled potato on the coated bread slice and sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the first bread slice with another slice of bread.
  7. Apply butter and tomato sauce on one side of the second bread slice.
  8. Add a layer of grated cheese, sprinkle oregano and cover with the third slice of bread.

Yummy double decker sandwich is loved by both kids and adults.
