Crunchy Vermicelli Sweet

  1. Melt butter in a pan. Fry vermicelli in the melted butter on low flame until golden brown.
  2. Add salt, Elaichi powder, the crushed nuts, and coconut and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add milkmaid, starting from ½ a tin, increasing the quantity as required. Keep mixing until all the ingredients come together. Finally, the mixture would start leaving the sides of the pan. Turn the stove off.
  4. Take a flat greased pan and spread the mixture. Press with the bottom of a greased spoon.
  5. Garnish the sweet with almond flakes on top.
  6. Once cooled, you could cut into squares and enjoy this yummy and crunchy sweet.
