Procedure:

  1. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder , garam masala powder and chopped tomato.saute till the gravy thickens.Switch off the flame
  2. After cooling,blend the above mixture in a blender.
  3. Heat oil in a pan ,Add the masala pureed mixture,jeera powder and fry for some minutes
  4. Add the spinach puree and corns
  5. Add some water and mix well and cook for 4-5minutes
  6. Add the milk, salt and mix well .Cook on a medium flame for a minute.
  7. Serve hot with chapathi!

Corn palak curry is an easy and healthy curry that you can enjoy with chapathi or phulka.This curry is a variation of palak paneer.As sweet corn is one of the food you should take in summer,combining with the palak makes it a nutritious side dish
