Ingredients

Procedure:

  1. Make mini idlies with the mini idli mould.
  2. In a pan, sesame oil /ghee, – add mustard, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chutney podi(Gun powder) and saute in oil for a few seconds.
  3. Add the mini idlis and toss.
  4. Switch off the flame. Squeeze some lemon and toss.
  5. Thread on skewers and present beautifully!
