Chili Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

    • 1 small Loaf of French Bread
For Garlic Butter Spread:
    • 1/2 cup salted Butter, Softened
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • (If using unsalted butter, add pinch of salt)
    • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
    • 1/2 tbsp Italian Herbs
For the Toppings:
  • Peppers of your choice
  • Cheese

Procedure:

  1. Slice the bread loaf and keep on side.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter spread by mixing Butter, oil, garlic and Herbs.
  3. Chop peepers very fine or slice them thin.
  4. Grate cheese.
  5. Line up Bread slices, spread garlic butter, cheese and peppers.
  6. Toast till cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

I prefer to use bread loaf that was baked a day before or earlier.
