Procedure:

  1. Chop cauliflower,tomato,green chilli,coriander leaves,onion finely
  2. Boil peas and salt with some water
  3. In a blender add 2 onion,ginger and garlic blend till it becomes a paste and smooth
  4. Heat 1 or 2 drops of oil in a pan and add chopped cauliflower and saute till it becomes brown in color
  5. Heat oil in another pan.Add methi seeds and jeera.let it splutter.add the other chopped onion and green chilli  and saute till it becomes translucent
  6. Add the blended mixture,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder, and saute well until it becomes thick and gravy
  7. Add Tomato and again saute.Add the 11/2 cup of water and boil with the lid closed.After sometime when water starts to dry up, add the cauliflower,half of the chopped coriander leaves , cooked peas,salt and boil for 4-5 minutes
  8. Add the beaten curd to the gravy on a medium flame.Mix well and immeadietly switch off the flame.
  9. Garnish the cauliflower peas keema with coriander leaves and serve with Rice
