Tulsi is a wonder herb which when consumed daily helps maintain overall good health and prevents diseases. Tulsi has been consumed for years.

You will find a lot of friends and family may suggest Tulsi Tea when you have vomiting, indigestion and back pain, symptoms you typically experience during pregnancy.

  • Peppermint Tea – Cure for morning sickness, heartburn and diarrhoea.
  • Red Raspberry Leaf Tea – Stimulates the uterine walls thus making labour a little easier.

It never is a good idea to mess around with your diet and pregnancy is certainly not a time to be taking chances. So wait for that go ahead from your gynaecologist.
