Yadasht Badhane mein Madadgar hain Exercise

Exercise na keval aap ko aur aap ke shareer ko svasth rakhta hai, balki yeh aap ke yadast ko bhee badhata hai. Kyon Ki, yog seedhe hamare swasthya se sambandhit hotee hai. Itna hee nahin shareer ke santulit vikaas ke lie ye utani hi mahatvapurn hai jaise bhojan se prapt hone vaale poshak tatv hote hain. Exercise ke jarie vyakti ka na keval sharirik aur mansik vikas hota hai, balki isase aaee kyoo level bhi tez hota hai.

Aise mein exercise se hone vaale fayde nimn hain-

  • Memory power mein vridhi- Yog se shareer ke saare angon mein sphoorti to hoti hai hai, saath hi isase khoon ka sanchar bhi hota hai, jisse ki memory power badhati hai.
  • Yadast mein vrddhi- Yadaast mein vridhi ke liye brain training dee jatee hai, jiske jarie yaad karne ke tarike aur tricks par jor diya jaata hai.
  • Shareer ki kshamata mein vrddhi- Yog aapkee brain ke saath-saath shareer ki kshamata ko bhi badhata hai jo aap ko svasth rakhane mein madad karta hai.
  • Avasad mein bhee kamee- Yog karane vaale logon mein avasad ki kami bhi paee gaee. Aise mein yadi aapke andar avasaad ya tanav nahi hai, to aapka dimaag bhi achchhe se kaam karta hai.
  • Mind fresh rahana- Exercise karne se aap pahale se adhik khush aur taro taja mahsoos karne lagte hain, jo kaheen na kaheen aap ke yaadasht ko badhava deta hai.

Aise mein exercise ke bahut sare phaayade hain, jo na keval aap ko svasth rakhta hai balki aap ke memori power ko bhee boost karata hai.
