Achchhe health ke liye raat ko jaldi sona aur subah jaldi uthana achchha maana jaata hai. Lekin, aaj ke samay aur bhaag daud bhari zindagi mein log aisa nahi kar paate hain. Halanki, agar aap subah jaldi uthate hain to aap ki poori dinacharya sahee aur samay par hoti hai.
