Shilpa Shetty just shared 6 lifestyle hacks that help her lead a healthy life!

It's no secret that Shilpa Shetty is a health and fitness buff. So for all the health fanatics out there, the actress has shared six hacks that help her lead a fit life.

 She recently shared on her Facebook page six small but useful hacks  to lead a healthy and holistic life that she totally believes in. Here are the tips that she shared:

1. Eating a big breakfast and stop eating a few hours before sleep: After a period of 7-8 hours of fasting, you should eat something heavy and healthy that gives you a lot of energy. Also, stop eating after eight because sleeping on a full stomach will not give your digestive system enough rest. Shilpa makes sure that she eats only in between 7.30 am to 7.30 pm.

2. Including coconut oil in your lifestyle: Coconut oil is antibacterial and antifungal. Shilpa says that it can be added in your lifestyles in many productive ways.Apart from adding it to your food, gargling with coconut oil in the morning is effective too. It cleans your mouth and that way no bacteria goes into your gut.

3. Workout: Try working out for three days in a week. At least for 45-50 mins. It will keep your body fit.

4.Proper breathing is vital: Inhaling and exhaling well is extremely important.Pay more attention to the way you breathe. It will align your mind body soul.

5. Throw fizzy drinks away from your life: Shilpa and her family stay away from all the fizzy/aerated/ sugary drinks. Instead of the phosphoric acid laden fizzy drinks opt for Indian drinks like lassi, butter milk, nimbu pani. They are not only hydrating but very nutritious too. Diet soda is no good as it has artificial sweetener, aspartame and it depletes calcium level.

6. Chew your food well: ‘Drink your food and eat your water’, says Shilpa Shetty Kundra. It is essential for saliva to mix into every morsel.
