Meet the celebs who took a new route to deliver their babies!

The growing c-section rate has always been a subject of debate and is one that is closely associated with celebrities. Yes, many celebrities were too posh to push and opted for a c-section. And of course, they also bounced back to their pre-pregnancy bodies in no time.

Here’s a look at mommies who first met their babies in the operation theatre.

Lara Dutta opted for a c section because of her little daughter Saira’s position. However, in no time the yummy mommy bounced back to shape and how! Lara delivered her princess at Lilavati hospital in Mumbai in the year 2012.

Shilpa Shetty delivered Viaan through caesarean section and that did not stop her from putting on her yoga shoes! So much so, that the yummy mommy now has a website of her own, where she shares her fitness stories.

So if a caesarean doesn’t happen, I’ll be like, ‘Epidural, please!’ Hopefully my athletic abilities will take over.”
