Micronutrients. Yes, very important for our kids’ growth. We do know this. But do we make sure that each day, our children’s lunch boxes have all they need? It’s hard to make that much in the morning and pack it up before the school bus starts honking outside our gates. So try making some of it in the night before you sleep and store it in the fridge, so that all you have to do in the morning is dole it out. Because our kids’ muscles and bones are too important.
