International Yoga Day: Bengaluru 2015

International Yoga Day is a day to celebrate the authentic origin of yoga, to recognize that Yoga provides a holistic approach to health and well-being. And finally to raise awareness of the benefits of practicing yoga amongst the youth. The main highlight of International Yoga Day – Bengaluru 2015 is the performance of 300 Surya Namaskars by 300 powerful Practitioners to create a record. The evening will also see an interesting market place for yoga related products in Food, Clothing and accessories. The Regular Camp for Yoga and its Benefits for all led by Grand Master Akshar comprising of Basic Asana, Pranayam and Meditation.Program for the day: 6 am onwards6:00am to 6:15am
